First prize: P. J. John Memorial Ever Rolling Trophy and Cash Prize.
Second Prize: Mind Ever Rolling Trophy and Cash Prize.

Match Rules:

1. Tournament Time: The tournament starts at 9.00 am. Timings may vary and will be notified to the registered team closer to the tournament date.
2. Match Timeline: The allotted teams must be ready 10 minutes before the start of their respective matches. All matches will be played for 25 minutes without any break. The time allotted for each match may change according to the situation and you all will be notified in advance.
3. Attendance: The match will be called off in case a team is not present at the pitch, after 5 minutes of start time. The winners’ points will be awarded to the team present at the pitch.
4. Dress code:
   • Teams must wear a uniformed jersey/similar color top/and a player number at the back of the top, if possible.
   • Only Astro Turf Boots (without studs) are allowed. Boots with metal studs, plastic sharp studs, or blades are strictly prohibited during the match. A player must change the boot or leave the pitch if found and asked by the referee.
   • All players must wear shin guards while playing.
5. Referees: The games will be managed by the Football Association of Ireland qualified referees. The referee will take appropriate actions on any matters and the decision will be final.
6. Red Card: In case any player sees the red card, they will be banned from playing the next match in the tournament.
7. Fixtures/group classification: 4 pools, 12 teams, one team from each pool will qualify for Semi-Finals. The number of teams participating and the pools may vary and you all will be notified in advance.
8. Semi Qualifier: 2 points for winners, 1 point each if the match draw and 0 points if they lose the match. If there are 2 or more teams share equal points after completing the league round, the highest goal-scoring team from the pool will qualify for the Semi. In case, the goals scored in the league round are equal, a penalty between those teams will decide the qualifier.
9. Disqualification:
   • Organizing Committee will have the right to disqualify any team or team member on the basis of misconduct, rude behavior, or any unlawful activity or any action that may disrupt the freedom of any individual/team/the progress of the tournament or anyone who violates public order or behaves against the standing orders/norms or rules of this tournament.
   • Consumption of alcohol/drugs is strictly prohibited. Players who are found violating will be banned from playing the tournament and will be asked to leave the premises. The team will be disqualified from competing further if the referee calls for it.
   • Swapping players between the teams is not allowed and may result in disqualification of the team.
10. Penalty in Semi and Final: Penalty shootouts will decide the winner if the score level after full time of the match.

Other Rules:

1. Registration fee for a team is €120 (non-refundable) and €10 per player. A Team can register only up to 14 players (Example: a team with 14 players remits €260)
2. Each team should have a point of contact (eg. Captain/manager) and should talk only that person with referee or the committee in case of any dispute.
3. MIND Ireland will have the right to publish photographs/videos of the tournament.
4. In case of any unforeseen situation where a game or tournament cannot be continued, MIND will take appropriate decisions to postpone/organize a knockout tournament or penalty shootout to determine the winners.
5. Food, snacks, and drinks are available to buy from ALSAA restaurant.
6. Keep the premises clean and litter-free at all times.
7. MIND Ireland will have the right to modify or cancel any of the above rules.

Awards:

1. The winning team will receive P. J. John Memorial Ever Rolling Trophy, a cash prize of Euro 500/- and medals for all the registered players.
2. The runner-up team will get the MIND Ireland Ever Rolling Trophy, a cash prize of Euro 300/- and medals for all registered players.
3. The top scorer of the tournament and the best goalkeeper of the tournament will be recognized with special awards.
4. The winning captains will return Ever Rolling Trophies to MIND, Ireland within 3 weeks.
